She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology & Health Sciences from York University, along with a certificate in Athletic Therapy. She has worked with university and college varsity teams, high-level programs, and professional athletes, giving her a well-rounded, real-world approach to care. Reesa supports individuals dealing with a wide range of concerns, including muscle and joint discomfort, sprains and strains, post-surgical recovery, overuse injuries, and pain related to work, daily movement, or physical activity.

With a background in competitive athletics, Reesa understands that healing involves both the body and the mind. She takes a patient-focused approach, creating practical treatment plans that support physical recovery while also considering stress, lifestyle and overall well-being. She is certified in Soft Tissue Release (Level 1) and she has experience guiding individuals through safe and confident concussion recovery.

Asia Brown is a Registered Massage Therapist who helps individuals perform at their best and recover faster. A Centennial College graduate, she gained hands-on experience working with varsity athletes, building a strong foundation in sports-related injury care and performance enhancement.

Specializing in pre- and post-event treatment, injury prevention, recovery, and relaxation, Asia combines manual therapy, stretching, and tailored strategies to meet each client’s goals—whether it’s bouncing back from an injury or hitting peak performance.
